About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python automations for operational and compliance processes.
- Design and evolve APIs and backend services, preferably using FastAPI.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for ingestion and processing of structured and unstructured data.
- Develop and maintain web scraping and crawling solutions, following best practices for quality, stability, and compliance.
- Support initiatives to extract and process data from documents and external sources, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Participate from requirements gathering through solution delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business expectations.
- Keep technical and operational documentation up to date, acting as the knowledge steward for the processes under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, data processing, and APIs.
- Experience with FastAPI (or similar API frameworks).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Experience with ETL and data processing.
- Experience with web scraping (Python libraries).
- Basic knowledge of Linux (command line, running scripts, reading logs).
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
- Ability to document processes and technical solutions clearly.
- Experience with Scrapy for more structured scraping projects.
- Experience with Playwright or Selenium.
- Knowledge of AWS S3 for file and data storage.
- Experience with automation processes, continuous improvement, or RPA.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or documentation and agile management tools.
- Technical English for reading and communication.
