Responsibilities
Ser el dueño absoluto del desempeño y la salud de tu portafolio de clientes.
Actuar como el único punto de responsabilidad para toda la comunicación con el cliente.
Dirigir y gestionar a todo tu equipo (SEO, PPC, Contenido, CRO, BI).
Ser el dueño de la eficiencia de costos de tu portafolio.
Garantizar que las campañas y proyectos se entreguen a tiempo, dentro del alcance y con el nivel de calidad de Chili.
Usar los datos para guiar las decisiones, la priorización y las conversaciones con los clientes.
Requirements
Más de 4 años en un rol senior de Account Manager, Client Partner o Líder de Servicio al Cliente (experiencia en agencia obligatoria).
Sólido conocimiento de SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta), CRO y estrategia de embudos (funnels).
Experiencia comprobada gestionando portafolios de clientes con responsabilidad sobre los ingresos.
Experiencia demostrada liderando personas (1:1s, evaluaciones de desempeño, planes de desarrollo).
Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (preferiblemente ClickUp; se acepta Asana, Monday o Trello).
Inglés Avanzado (obligatorio): Comunicación diaria con clientes internacionales.
