About the role
- Director for leading and optimizing Source to Pay process at CHEP. Responsible for procurement operations, supplier relationships, and regional transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) Process for Chep Europe
- Ensure efficient procurement processes, appropriate risk mitigation, automation optimization, compliance adherence, and controls enforcement
- Focus on driving indirect sourcing/procurement transformation initiatives
- Manage regional indirect supplier relationships, comply with global policies
- Oversee purchase requisition, invoice processing, payment process management
- Ensure service provision meets SLAs, KPI and CPI
- Partner with the Brambles Global S2P Team on various global initiatives to maximize savings and incorporate best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P, and AP functions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and ESG, compliance best practices
- Experience with Source-to-Pay and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle.)
- Deep understanding of financial controls, accounts payable automation, and working capital management
- Required: English
