Responsibilities

Analyze reimbursement trends, denial rates, and payment outcomes for services, including specialty service lines.
Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to resolve billing issues and strengthen cash collection, including AR aging.
Prepare and deliver presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership, department heads, and board members.
Meet with division leadership and providers as needed monthly to review productivity, associated revenue, and operating budgets. When issues or problems are identified, perform follow-up as indicated.
