- 승리 방식을 표준화합니다. 딜 프레임, 제안서/SoW, 패키지, 가격/승인체계를 템플릿화해 반복 가능한 딜 구조를 만듭니다.
- Land → Expand를 엔진화합니다. 도입→가치실현→확장 시나리오를 설계해 NRR 기반 성장을 만듭니다.

- 엔터프라이즈에서 가치 기반(컨설팅형) 영업으로 대형 계약을 성사시킨 경험이 있으신 분
- 고객의 복잡한 문제를 구조화 → 제안 → 실행계획으로 전환할 수 있는 분
