Responsibilities
Define and lead US HEOR strategy aligned with commercial priorities and product roadmap.
Design and execute health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-utility).
Develop value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and payer evidence packages.
Lead real-world evidence (RWE) strategy using registries and claims data.
Partner cross-functionally and manage external research vendors.
Lead publication strategy and represent the company externally.
Create market access strategy for new products
Requirements
Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, or Master’s in Health Economics, Public Health, or related field).
10–15+ years of experience in HEOR, market access, or health economics
Experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare
Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and global HTA processes
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear value narratives
Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
