About the role
- Associate Director responsible for leading clinical strategies and practices within CenterWell. Overseeing operational aspects of Cardiology and Nephrology services while fostering clinician engagement and development.
Responsibilities
- build strategies for development, engagement, best clinical practices and processes for clinical community within the enterprise
- develop and implement strategy and drive targeted initiatives
- partner closely with Cardiology, Regional Medical Director and collaborate with Division and Market leaders
- have full operational oversight of embedded brick and mortar and virtual Cardiology and Nephrology services
- direct process improvement efforts within the clinical community
Requirements
- solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s)
- experience in clinical community services
- knowledge of clinician capacity, recruitment, development, retention, and licensure compliance
- ability to use data-based insight for process improvement
- experience in the healthcare sector
