- **The Role**
- The Senior Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of TRACC Supply Chain best practices at client sites, ensuring successful delivery of continuous improvement and operational excellence programs. This role requires deep understanding of the TRACC tools and materials, expertise in lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and end-to-end supply chain processes. The Senior Consultant will guide clients through assessments, roadmap development, and implementation, while coaching both client teams and CCi Implementation Coaches to build sustainable internal capability and the delivery of transformational results. This role requires the individual to perform 80% billable work to clients. The role will require weekly travel to Netherlands/Belgium and will require the role holder to be fluent in Dutch.
Requirements
- **TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communications skills
- High proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite
- Good administrative skill sets
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Expert knowledge in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Visio) is preferred
- Experienced Trainer and Facilitator
- **QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field is required
- MSc/MBA from an accredited University is highly desired
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or Supply Chain operations with Continuous Improvement experience
- Lean Six Sigma experience is beneficial
- Accredited as TRACC Master Trainer and Master Facilitator (Provided by CCi upon hiring)
