About the role

Responsibilities
- Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
- Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.
- Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures.
- Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
- Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
- Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with creating dashboards or reports using Tableau / PowerBI or similar tools.
- 8 years of experience with Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) and data management experience using Informatica.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
