Responsibilities
Revenue responsibility and primary point of contact for the energy supplier sales channel (energy supply companies, EVU) in the region
Securing and growing revenues with energy suppliers through comprehensive analysis of the market environment
Deriving actionable recommendations (process and structural adjustments, product and service strategies, etc.)
Building and maintaining networks in the market environment with decision-makers and influencers
Structuring and expanding existing customers (farming) and, where applicable, converting them into key accounts; generating contacts (lead hunting)
Direct, personal management of top-tier (A) customers
Preparing and conducting negotiations in cooperation with field sales
Requirements
Completed degree in a technical discipline or business administration
Relevant professional experience (minimum 5 years) in sales, preferably in multichannel sales (channel management) or in key account management, including project management
Excellent knowledge of the industry and market players and of evolving business models driven by digitalization (e.g., integrated energy management) in the EVU environment
High adaptability to changing market influences on sales concepts
Strong process orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent German and English with strong negotiation and presentation skills
