About the role
- Supply Chain Analyst at Fresenius Kabi responsible for coordinating supply chain activities and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance distribution effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate transactional level, day to day supply chain activities internally within Fresenius Kabi and with various suppliers related to USA MU Finished Goods distribution
- Analyze distribution centers and suppliers service levels, inventory control accuracy, adherence to existing quality processes, etc.
- Communicate and implement changes and improvements as needed to maximize supplier performance
- Monitors key performance metrics and implement correction actions to resolve performance deficiencies
- Develop, implement, and use reporting tools to maintain appropriate inventory stocking levels
- Provide detailed financial and operation reports and analysis of transportation, warehousing and special project costs
- Collaborate with other Fresenius Kabi functional areas and third party logistics in support of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3-5 years of relevant, related Supply Chain experience required
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in logistics and warehousing
- Experience with Lean 6 Sigma principles preferred
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Good PC skills (MS Office); SAP a plus
