NIR Customer Support Specialist managing the portfolio of NIR clients in Poland and Eastern Europe. Advising on NIR analyzes and promoting digital solutions linked to NIR.
Responsibilities
Installation of NIR devices, appropriate software, NIR calibrations and updates
Define NIR control plan in agreement with the Sales Department and Nutritionists
NIR monitoring with reference samples based on ISO12099
Annual personal visits to NIR clients (domestic and international) and writing reports on customer visits
Implementation of our digital solutions at customers
Promotion of our NIR offer to customers in cooperation with the Sales Department and preparation of NIR contracts
Support of NIR clients by e-mail, telephone and remote assistance
NIR team participation, close cooperation with the Sales Department and technical departments (Laboratory, formulation, species)
Being part in innovative projects
Follow Cargill's safety recommendations
Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field (chemistry, quality control, agronomy or related fields with knowledge of animal nutrition) or equivalent experience
3 years’ experience in NIR / Agriculture
Very good skills in English – writing and speaking, Polish language native level
Open to travel on business trips (travel range 30-50%) and active driving license (cat. B)
Experience in the field of NIR spectroscopy (preferred)
Knowledge of ISO 12099 and ISO17025 standards (preferred)
Knowledge in animal nutrition or related experience (preferred)
Good communication during meetings with clients and internal teams (preferred)
Proactive, organized and autonomous spirit (preferred)
