Responsibilities

- Vertaalt de wens van stakeholders naar concrete en functionele software-eisen
- Ontwerpt en bouwt enterprise-grade PHP en Python (micro)services en AI-geïntegreerde applicaties
- Professionaliseert PoC’s door het implementeren van testing, observability, logging, monitoring en CI/CD-praktijken
- Hebt interesse in moderne technieken rondom AI, zoals RAG-systemen, Agentic AI en Machine Learning
- Werkt nauw samen met AI Process Developers om Agentic AI-driven systemen te koppelen aan door jouw geschreven software
- Borgt codekwaliteit en security door best practices en moderne software patterns toe te passen
- Draagt actief bij aan technische beslissingen, architectuurkeuzes en roadmap-ontwikkeling
- Ondersteunt junior engineers met inhoudelijke begeleiding en kennisdeling binnen het team
- Volgt ontwikkelingen in het AI-landschap en experimenteert met nieuwe technieken, frameworks en tools.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar (professionele) ervaring met PHP en/of Python software engineering
- 40 uur per week beschikbaar
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van schaalbare productieapplicaties
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van microservices en moderne software-architecturen
- Ervaring met Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD en bij voorkeur MLOps-principes
- Kennis van of interesse in frameworks zoals LangChain, LangGraph, Neuron AI of soortgelijke tooling
- Hands-on ervaring met Symfony en/of FastAPI is een pré
- Je kunt je vloeiend uitdrukken in het Nederlands (vereist) en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- De drive om kennis te delen, eigenaarschap te nemen en mee te bouwen aan een groeiende AI-productlijn.
