About the role
- Lead Full Stack Developer role at Capgemini, driving full stack engineering efforts and mentoring a team. Focused on Reactjs for UI development and AWS cloud services integration.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, high performance UI using Reactjs, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries
- Develop reusable components and ensure high code quality through unit testing
- Optimize front end applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations
- Implement server-side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions
- Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, etc.
- Implement CICD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions or similar
- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization
Requirements
- 8 years of hands on full stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Reactjs, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend experience in Nodejs, Java, or similar languages
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands on experience with major services
- Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API first architecture
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CICD pipelines, and automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor team members
