About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AILLM based solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph and related agentic frameworks
- Build, optimize and deploy agentic AI workflows, multi-agent architectures and retrieval augmented systems
- Contribute to design and implementation of LLM observability, evaluation workflows, prompt monitoring and model performance instrumentation
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Work with Azure cloud services to build secure, resilient and scalable data/AI pipelines (Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, AKS, etc.)
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical design reviews and code reviews
- Support continuous improvement through innovation, experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Work closely within a cross-functional and globally distributed team while contributing to team culture, knowledge sharing and engineering best practices
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a Python Developer
- Experience in AI engineering with practical exposure to building LLM based or agentic AI solutions
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar agentic LLM orchestration frameworks
- Understanding of LLM observability evaluation metrics, prompt evaluation, guardrails and model lifecycle management
- Experience working with Azure Cloud services and cloud native application development
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, integration patterns and API based systems
- Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools/technologies and contribute in a greenfield environment
