- Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities
- Strong client-facing presence
- Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
