About the role
- Scrum Master leading Agile delivery for Adobe Experience Manager initiatives. Driving high-performing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and AEM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine AEM-specific product backlogs.
- Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain team progress.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors.
- Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, including 1+ year on AEM projects
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
