Responsibilities
Read, understand and timely activate all kinds of sales contracts (and amendments)
In case there are any doubts, request and obtain explanation
Collect meter reads, verify completeness, and correctness of the data
Timely and complete invoicing of all sales, lease, service and similar contracts
Provide information about contracts and invoices to other employees and customers
Proper archiving of all financial and non-financial documentation of operations
Take active part in development of the Company, procedures, processes
Cooperation with other departments within Canon (Sales, Service, Finance, Accounting)
Requirements
Good communication skills
Ability to read and understand sales, rent/lease and service contracts
Experience in invoicing and or accounting
Basic tax knowledge related to invoices and invoicing process
Problem solver
Ability to work under time pressure
Experience in Excel – basic formulas, pivot tables
Experience in ERP would be beneficial
Attention to detail

Able to work to deadlines and changing priorities
Being able to read Polish contracts with understanding
English at communicative level
