Responsibilities

Préparation et installation de logiciels, matériels (PC, imprimantes, périphériques)
Elaboration, rédaction et modification d’instructions d’installation
Aide à la mise à jour du parc informatique dans notre ITSM
Aide à la résolution de ticket d’incident N2 – Support
Validations des Demandes de Services

Requirements
De formation supérieure, bac
Bonne connaissance en informatique
Bonne compréhension de l’anglais technique
Être autonome, organisé, curieux, bon relationnel et bonne présentation.
