Responsibilities
Reviewing drug exception requests and completing set‑ups in the Tandem system
Corresponding by phone and email with Group Offices, Resource Centers, Benefit Payment Offices, and Group Customer Contact Services
Running and maintaining reports using Excel
Scanning, logging, and distributing referrals and prior authorizations
Attending the office at least two days per week
Requirements
