Responsibilities
Help policyholders get back on the road quickly and confidently.
Handle auto physical damage claims from intake through resolution.
Deliver timely, accurate outcomes while providing a high level of customer service.
Maintain thorough and accurate claim documentation within the claim system.
Investigate and evaluate losses by reviewing damage photos, repair estimates, police reports, statements, and other documentation.
Interpret coverage and determine liability in accordance with policy terms, applicable laws, and internal guidelines.
Identify potential fraud indicators and refer matters to the Special Investigations Unit as appropriate.
Collaborate with internal partners including Loss Control, Underwriting, and Marketing as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state adjuster licenses and continuing education as required.
