Responsibilities
Oversee the lifecycle of global applications in Logistics, Customer Service, and Procurement areas
Ensure system availability, reliability and business adoption
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system evolutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead IT projects related to application’s global rollout, upgrades, integrations, and migrations
Maintain accurate documentation of application architecture, configurations, and procedures
Coordinate incident, problem, and change management processes
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
Requirements
5+ years in similar roles within multinational or consulting environments
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Certifications such as ITIL v4, Agile are considered advantageous
Fluent English – Required for global collaboration
Italian – Preferred for local engagement
Third European language – A plus for broader communication
