Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation and execution of global compensation processes and incentive programs across the Americas region.
Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive salary structures for all countries within scope.
Lead the Global Pay Equity analysis and ensure all steps for Fair Pay certification and sustainability reporting are completed.
Support HRBPs with job evaluation, grading methodology, organizational review processes and senior-level salary proposals.
Act as the main regional contact for Global Mobility policy implementation and coordination of international assignees.
Lead participation in Mercer and local compensation surveys, advising HR Directors on market trends and remuneration insights.
Provide benchmark insights for benefits programs and advise local HR teams on benefit administration where needed.
Develop and deliver training for HR and employees on compensation topics, ensuring adoption of reward frameworks across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, Finance or a related analytical discipline.
8+ years in HR, with experience in compensation and benefits design, management and mobility; experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a strong plus.
Solid background in variable pay, preferably including sales incentive plans.
Proven ability to manage large datasets, complex formulas and analytical reviews.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP.
Ability to navigate local requirements while applying global frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge, question, and influence.
Learning agility and the ability to build credible relationships across regions.
Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
