About the role
- Business Intelligence Analyst providing data insights for strategic decision-making at Call Federal Credit Union. Engaging with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and member value.
Responsibilities
- Research potential opportunities and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Update and distribute recurring dashboards, reports, and member lists to internal customers.
- Retrieve, prepare, and upload internal data to external vendor platforms.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting, dashboards and status updates to internal customers based on internal ticketing system.
- Present results of data analysis to credit union management for consideration when making business decisions.
- Look for any opportunities to automate, streamline, or simplify existing processes.
- Look for additional opportunities to leverage analytics across all business functions.
- Advocate and demonstrate company brand.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in Business, Math, Statistics, or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a business analyst or related field (banking or finance preferred)
- Proficient with MS Excel’s advanced functionalities, including complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience working with large databases and query writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to reconcile and validate data, think critically, and look for solutions
- Takes initiative to proactively add value to the member and credit union
