Responsibilities
You act as the right hand to management for back office tasks and day-to-day operations
Preparation of preliminary bookkeeping and filing
HR processes, applicant management and administration
Drafting documents and correspondence for management
Organizing and scheduling meetings and travel
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
Experience with accounting processes and procedures
Self-driven approach to solving problems and challenges
Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel (Google Sheets / Docs)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
No formal vocational qualification or completed degree required
