About the role
- Payroll Specialist managing payroll processing and compliance for Calderys. Involved in audits, employee benefits, and collaboration with HR and Finance teams in Istanbul.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage time and attendance data, overtime, shift work, and leave calculations
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social security, and tax regulations
- Prepare statutory payroll reports, declarations, and submissions
- Maintain payroll data accuracy in payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo, or similar)
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll processes
- Respond to employee payroll-related questions and requests
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
- Strong knowledge of labor law, social security, and tax regulations
- Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Oracle, Logo or similar preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good command of English is an asset.
