About the role
- Advogado Jr. focusing on contracts at Caixa Vida e Previdência, responsible for legal documentation and supplier analysis. Collaborate with internal areas and maintain compliance in contracts oversight.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and review of addenda; drafting and review of termination (rescission) agreements; drafting of termination notices; review and drafting of confidentiality agreements;
- Review of suppliers' powers of legal representation;
- Review of suppliers' legal compliance;
- Inclusion and/or verification of contractual instruments for signatures;
- Updating the dashboard for monthly book reporting;
- Support to internal departments;
- Updating the contract clause repository, corporate manual and standard templates;
- Organization of requests in the corporate inbox.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Experience practicing as a lawyer;
- Knowledge of contracts; experience in insurance law is a plus;
- Intermediate English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
