Sales Representative for Cabinetworks Group responsible for driving growth in Hawaii's kitchen cabinet market. Building relationships and executing sales strategies to enhance market presence.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and driving sales growth for Cabinetworks Group products
Building strong relationships with clients to influence brand loyalty and expand market share
Execute short and long-term business strategy to increase sales
Conduct 3-5 store calls daily or as determined by management
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling new dealers
Leverage established relationships to convert competitor business
Analyze sales, service and marketing reports to develop a tactical sales plan
Train and support retail designers and dealers on Cabinetworks Group products
Maintain and update display presence in showrooms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively
Ability to travel daily within assigned region
Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent project management and budgeting skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
Ability to travel quarterly beyond region
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
