- Consultant handling SAP S/4HANA data cleaning and error analysis for energy processes from 01.03.2026 to 31.12.2026 in Dortmund, Germany. Requires structured error analysis and data reconciliation with market partners.
Responsibilities
- Structured error analysis in SAP S/4HANA based on market partner feedback in STELLA, BPEM clarification cases for deactivated switching processes, and negative verification messages within the energy quantity balancing process
- Review of facilities in SAP S/4, device data in upstream systems, and across all IT interfaces based on existing control lists
- Bilateral coordination with market partners via all communication channels to clarify issues
- Reconciliation of data with market partners by email to identify and resolve error clusters
- Systematic data cleansing to improve process quality in S/4 and robotron eCount, or, if necessary, handover to defined inboxes for cleanup in upstream processes
- Identification of systematic error clusters between S/4 and eCount
- Tracking of implementation
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MSB switching processes under WiM and of the energy quantity balancing processes under MaBiS
- Good knowledge of the switching processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Good knowledge of energy quantity balancing in robotron eCount
- Basic knowledge of Device Manager GM / task management tool STELLA is desirable
- Experience in analyzing, correcting, and handling errors and data discrepancies
