Process Engineer for pharmaceutical industry specializing in water for injection and steam systems design. Involves planning and implementation of turn-key projects and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
Process engineering design of systems for the production, storage and distribution of WFI (Water for Injection), PW (Purified Water) and RD (Pure Steam) for the pharmaceutical industry
Process engineering planning and review of plant concepts for turn-key projects
Review of preliminary designs and adaptation to specific customer requirements within projects
Assessment of technical feasibility for greenfield projects as well as brownfield expansion projects
Internal coordination with the relevant departments, e.g. Sales, Automation, Quality Assurance
Chemical, hydraulic and mechanical planning and design of all treatment systems and overall systems
Process engineering design of plant components such as RO (reverse osmosis), WT (water tanks), control devices, measuring instruments, pumps, water softening systems, dosing systems, and distribution systems (POU)
Requirements
You have completed a degree in process engineering or an equivalent qualification and already have several years of relevant professional experience
Working in a structured and systematic way comes naturally to you
Occasional travel is not an obstacle for you
You bring strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication, analytical and conceptual abilities
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
