Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for projects, including planning and organization
- Leading workshops and training sessions for our customers
- Technical setup and configuration of CarLiner environments
- Customer support for new and existing users
- Product presentations to customers and prospects (presales consulting)
- Introduction and sale of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
- Analysis of customer requirements and coordination with product management to further develop our software
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training, degree in business/economics or comparable qualification gained through professional experience
- Relevant experience in project management or in the automotive industry
- Motivated, a team player with a hands-on mentality
- Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility for project work
- Good understanding of technical systems
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner with our customers
- Confident use of standard Office applications (Microsoft)
- Business-fluent German (at least C1)
