About the role
- Organizational Change Manager at Black & Veatch leading strategic change initiatives to drive business transformation and enhance organizational performance. Leveraging 10+ years of consulting experience and strong change management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation, build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption
- Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices
- Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
