Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale business and digital change projects.
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Resilient, results-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in risk, resource and cost management.
- Commercial acumen and vendor management experience, particularly with digital suppliers.
- Relevant qualifications such as APMG Change Management, Prince2, MSP or similar (desirable).
