About the role
- BIM Planner/Architect working with project teams on housing designs and BIM methodologies. Ensuring compliance with building regulations and collaborating across disciplines in Leipzig.
Responsibilities
- Mitwirkung am architektonischen Entwurfsprozess bis zur Ausführungsplanung (LP1-5) auf Grundlage des von Ihnen in Revit modellierten und attribuierten BIM-Modells
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller baurechtlichen Vorschriften und Normen sowie Koordination mit den entsprechenden Behörden
- Integration und Koordination der Fachmodelle
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen Fachdisziplinen unter Einhaltung des abgestimmten BIM-Workflows
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesen s oder eine Ausbildung zum Bauzeichner (m/w/d) mit Spezialisierung auf BIM-Konstruktion in Revit
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung (Leistungsphasen 3–5 nach HOAI); Erfahrung in der Sanierungsplanung ist wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit BIM-orientierten CAD-Programmen, insbesondere Autodesk Revit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
