Responsibilities
Analyze the individual insurance needs of our clients in the residential property management and real estate sector
Maintain regular communication with clients and build sustainable partnerships
Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each property
Analyze existing insurance policies and identify risks at an early stage
Develop sector-specific coverage concepts
Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and expert surveyors
Handle tenders, claims processing, contract preparation, premium monitoring and data maintenance
Requirements
Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (or equivalent), a relevant university degree, or comparable qualifications
Ideally, experience in the commercial insurance environment, especially in the real estate sector
A desire to focus on the residential housing sector and actively help shape it
A passion for client care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment and embrace a collaborative "we" mentality
