About the role

- Manage the individual property insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Serve as the primary contact in the internal operations team
- Handle contractual matters and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify the appropriate property insurance solution for each industry
- Conduct negotiations in the best interest of our clients
- Perform risk analysis, manage tenders/RFPs, handle collections, process claims, draft contracts, and maintain data
- Support our field advisers in preparing and following up on annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in property insurance, preferably in the industrial segment
- Interest in or knowledge of technical insurance, cyber insurance, or transport/cargo insurance
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, family-style team and embracing a strong team spirit
