Responsibilities
Own the conceptual, logical, and technical architecture for NetSuite and related integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Maintain and evolve architecture artifacts, including future-state roadmaps, data flows, integration patterns, and governance standards
Define enterprise-wide solution scope for NetSuite enhancements, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational objectives
Design end-to-end solutions for complex application and data problems spanning financials, revenue management, procurement, CRM integrations, and reporting
Provide hands-on ownership of the design of application customizations, scripting frameworks, workflow automation, and modular configuration approaches
Lead evaluation of technical developments and recommend improvements to enhance application quality, performance, and scalability
Conduct and document “as is” and “to be” processes to inform solution strategy and implementation pathways.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3+ years in architecture or advanced ERP roles
Applied experience designing and implementing NetSuite solutions at enterprise scale
Mastery of ERP architecture, NetSuite SuiteCloud development, integration frameworks (REST, SOAP, middleware), and cloud ecosystem patterns
Ability to translate user needs into clear, structured requirements and technical specifications
Expertise in process modeling, change strategy, and enterprise readiness assessment
Skilled in interpreting data trends to support decision-making and solution optimization
Knowledge of access controls, data lifecycle management, and ERP security principles
Skilled in build-vs-buy evaluation, risk analysis, and ROI articulation
Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance to non-technical colleagues or cross-functional teams.
