Responsibilities
Provide high-level support for multiple Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Services products

Requirements
2 to 4 years in a similar technical support role
Proficiency in JAVA is a must
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments are advantageous
Familiarity with financial trading support and a general understanding of the financial industry
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in managing multiple issues
