About the role
- Pega Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Pega PRPC applications. Collaborating with analysts and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance solutions in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC best practices
- Build and manage case management workflows, business rules, decision tables, and integrations
- Configure UI components using Pega UI frameworks (Section, Harness, Flow Action)
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data pages
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega applications
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs
- Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and coding standards
- Support application deployments, enhancements, and production issues
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x)
- Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Flows, Activities, and Rulesets
- Hands-on experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP, Connectors, Services)
- Experience with Data Pages, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Declare Expressions
- Understanding of Pega Deployment Manager and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Certification: Pega CSA / CSSA (Preferred)
