About the role
- Senior Platform Engineer managing cloud infrastructure and application code delivery for a financial services company. Leading automation and security through CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
Responsibilities
- Lead the advanced administration and configuration of cloud infrastructure and application code delivery on the cloud platform
- Oversee infrastructure as code (IaC) and drive automation of complex deployment tasks
- Ensure robust security of cloud components through established CI/CD pipelines
- Facilitate scalable deployment of cloud infrastructure and application code
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 1 or more Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Platform engineering
- 5+ years of experience with cloud services and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
