- Lead Platform Engineer developing enterprise-grade developer tooling at Capital Group. Evolving SDLC toolchain through hands-on adoption of AI-assisted development and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade developer tooling
- Evolve core SDLC toolchain end-to-end, including CI/CD, code-quality integration
- Lead hands-on adoption and enterprise enablement of AI-assisted software development
- Architect quality gates and promote artifact management strategies
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Architecture, Security, and application teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build systems
- Strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, GitOps
- Proficiency in programming languages (TypeScript, Python, Java, Go)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Understanding of cloud platforms and container orchestration (AWS preferred; Kubernetes and Docker)
