About the role

• IT Infrastructure Analyst ensuring security and governance in a dynamic iGaming company. Responsibilities include managing IT assets, supporting staff, and maintaining data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Information Security Plan aligned with the needs of the betting business;
• Support the creation of policies, controls and best practices for data protection, access management and handling of sensitive information;
• Monitor risks, vulnerabilities and compliance;
• Build and manage the IT Service Catalog, defining workflows, SLAs and support levels;
• Structure and maintain IT Asset Management, covering inventory, lifecycle, traceability and proper disposal;
• Create and administer Contract Management for the area (software, terms of use, licenses, technical support, etc.);
• Manage company system environments and access, ensuring governance, appropriate permissions and security;
• Provide support to employees in resolving issues related to equipment, networks, access and corporate tools;
• Perform basic maintenance of equipment (laptops, peripherals, networks);
• Support the organization, documentation and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure;
• Monitor internal system performance, recommend adjustments and capacity forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks or related fields.
• Experience in infrastructure, IT support and access governance.
• Knowledge of information security.
• Experience with IT asset and contract management.
• Familiarity with networks, VPNs, operating systems (Windows/Mac).
• Ability to structure processes and documentation.
