Responsibilities
Lead strategic, high‑complexity major deals within the Digital & Talent category on a global scale
Lead the creation and execution of deployment plans across people, processes, and systems to industrialize sourcing excellence throughout bp’s Procurement organisation
Work across multiple areas in bp’s Digital & Talent organizations, gaining unique exposure to bp’s diverse businesses and priorities
Demonstrate strong commercial foresight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence partners at all levels
Lead and develop a team of senior sourcing professionals while ensuring adherence to bp’s Category Management Policy (CMP), local regulations, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 10 years of experience in global procurement or strategic sourcing, including 5 years in a leadership role
At least 3 years managing Major Deals/Projects within Digital & Talent categories (e.g., IT, Professional Services, Consulting, Travel, Real Estate, Banking)
Proven experience leading multi‑cultural global teams and delivering complex sourcing strategies
Strong capability in strategic sourcing, contract drafting, commercial negotiations, and supplier management
Experience in matrixed global organisations with cross‑cultural collaboration
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic business outcomes.
