Responsibilities
Manage a team of 3 product managers
Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to all teams across the business
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and partnerships, to drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with member needs and market trends
Take a data-driven approach to owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on member feedback, market research, and business goals
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, including significant B2C experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful new products from concept to launch.
Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing and leading high-performing product teams.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development process, product development methodologies, and agile practices. Including experience in a scale-up environment.
Strategic Skills: Demonstrated ability to see the totality of the business in its competitive context, and an ability to craft a clear product vision and strategy.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven: Experience leading product decisioning with data analysis tools such as Excel, PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent; we use Looker
