Responsibilities
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of Boomi’s global internship program
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and hiring managers to forecast early-career headcount plans and align on program strategy
Partner with Finance to validate headcount and budget for intern cohorts and full-time conversion planning
Deliver against the early-career recruiting strategy to support annual hiring goals while ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
Cultivate relationships with universities, apprenticeship programs, community organizations, and early-talent partners to build event strategies and diverse pipelines
Source, engage, and hire for early-career and high-volume roles globally (Sales Development, Customer Success, Commercial Sales, entry-level engineering, etc.)
Track program metrics, gather feedback, and deliver insights and recommendations each cycle
Ensure a warm, consistent, and inclusive candidate experience that reflects Boomi’s values
Celebrate and amplify intern success stories to strengthen Boomi’s employer brand
Requirements
4+ years of recruiting or early-career program experience; internship or campus hiring experience is a strong plus
Skilled in sourcing and engaging emerging talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, and community networks
Highly organized, able to manage multiple programs, roles, and timelines simultaneously
A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates, hiring leaders, and cross-functional teams
Passionate about early-career development and creating memorable candidate experiences
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating the TA tech stack (Greenhouse, Ashby Analytics, Gem, BrightHire, etc.)
Able to track progress, pull reports, and share insights with partners
