Responsibilities
Develop and perpetuate a team culture of transparency, collaboration and inclusion
Develop, track and communicate metrics to quantify technical and business performance
Establish and execute team operating rhythm and integrate with program operating rhythm
Establish strong relationships with program customers and stakeholders
Orchestrate collaborative sessions, facilitating discussions among government customers, pilots, and product engineers

Plan, organize, direct and ensure technical excellence of all work associated with Integrated Logistics Support contracted requirements and deliverables

Provide managerial and technical leadership in the development of Integrated Logistics Support solutions
Requirements
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Able and willing to travel 20% of the time domestically
3+ years of experience leading or managing Military projects and/or teams
3+ years of experience in military aircraft logistics or maintenance
