About the role

• Lead Project Engineer overseeing project management and integration for support equipment at Boeing Global Services. Responsible for managing work statements from proposal to delivery with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provides Project Management and Integration to a team representing multiple skill areas.
• Manage the Support Equipment statement of work throughout the lifecycle from Proposal to Delivery.
• Works with customers and management to obtain approval.
• Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes.
• Leads project execution to complete the work statement.
• Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program.
• Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management Best Practices (i.e., Requirements Management, Resource Management, Integrated Planning and Scheduling).
• 3+ years of experience integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules into the Program schedule and managing the integrated Master Schedule at the Program level.
