Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in leading teams
- 7+ years of experience in information technology or technical support
- Experience developing engineering/manufacturing software solutions
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (preferred)
- Experience in Agile methodology (preferred)
- Experience with software development methodologies, programming languages, and software development tools (preferred)
- Exposure to implementing AI solutions in existing engineering software solutions (preferred)
