Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and oversight of the project management discipline.

Coordinate with studio directors and discipline leaders to align staffing and project assignments based on capacity, expertise, and development goals.
Support client engagement strategies, including project planning, scoping, contracting, and progress communication.
Monitor and report on project budgets, labor planning, profitability, and earned value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the AEC industry, including at least 5 years in a project management leadership role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience in federal and tribal markets preferred.
Must have Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel.
Must have valid driver's license.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
Experience with project management software platforms and digital planning tools.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
Knowledge of contracts, fee structures, and architecture/engineering (AE) business operations.
