- Monitor project delivery performance, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain standardized project delivery workflows, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Mentor project managers across all studios, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Coordinate with studio directors and discipline leaders to align staffing and project assignments based on capacity, expertise, and development goals.
- Support client engagement strategies, including project planning, scoping, contracting, and progress communication.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, labor planning, profitability, and earned value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry, including at least 5 years in a project management leadership role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in federal and tribal markets preferred.
- Must have Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Experience with project management software platforms and digital planning tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
- Knowledge of contracts, fee structures, and architecture/engineering (AE) business operations.
