Requirements

- Full life-cycle budgeting expertise
- Advanced skills in budget development, execution, expenditure monitoring, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Ability to translate raw data into clear presentations
- Experience with State or Comparable Financial Systems
- Advanced analytical and fiscal modeling skills
- Effective communication of financial information in formal settings
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
